A couple known for their social media presence was arrested in West Virginia on allegations of setting fire to an abandoned house. The incident reportedly caused over $10,000 in damages to a nearby church.

Dakota Harper, aged 21, and Felicity Eatmon, aged 22, were charged with first-degree arson and conspiracy to commit an offense, which can lead to a life sentence as per Kanawha County Magistrate Court records.

The duo has gained popularity through their TikTok videos, amassing 28,000 followers. Harper was seen at an arraignment in Kanawha County, West Virginia, after being charged with arson. A video of him during the proceedings has gained traction for focusing on his height; he stands at 3 feet, 9 inches and weighs 43 pounds. He was seated at the courtroom table as an officer moved his chair closer to the desk, resulting in only his head being visible above it.

Eatmon, identified as Harper’s fiancĂ©e in their videos, appeared with him. She is recorded as being 5 feet, 1 inch tall.

The fire occurred at 11:15 p.m. Sunday on Charleston’s West Side, according to WCHS-TV reports. The arrests followed the review of surveillance footage that allegedly captured them placing a lit piece of paper inside the deserted house.

Surveillance footage reportedly depicted Eatmon handing Harper what seemed to be a piece of paper, which he then ignited within the property, as noted in a complaint.

Investigators indicated the house was without active utilities and remained smoldering into Monday. The adjacent Canaan United Methodist Church suffered notable damage due to the fire.

Both suspects are detained on $10,000 bond each.
