A 15-year-old boy was shot late Sunday, June 14, 2026, outside a convenience store in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. The incident occurred at a corner store on Southwest Seventh Avenue and Third Street.

According to the Miami police, the teenager contacted authorities at about 11:08 p.m. to report the shooting. He was with a group of people when one or more individuals opened fire on them. The boy sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg and was transported to Ryder Trauma Center for treatment.

The perpetrators, referred to as ‘unknown subjects’ by the police, remain at large. Authorities are actively investigating the situation.
