Maren Morris Shares Healing Journey Through Bali Trip

Maren Morris recently shared insights from her healing journey with fans. The 36-year-old country singer posted photos on Instagram from her recent trip to Bali. She expressed that she is “not healed but healing.”

In the post, Morris thanked her friends and a yoga studio for organizing the Bali journey. “Thank you @rachelbeauregard + @hotyogaeastnashville for the most beautiful journey to Bali with so many new friends for life,” she wrote. “And it’s not over yet :)”

The shared images include Morris showing off her toned physique in a black string bikini. She stood on a deck with lounge chairs behind her, a drink in hand. Other photos depicted group meditation, standing under a waterfall, and playful moments with friends.

Fans responded positively, with one comment stating, “She’s thrivinggggggg (and surviving),” and another adding, “So happy to see this journey for you 🥹.”

Morris rose to fame in 2016 with the hit “My Church” from her debut album “Hero.” Her career includes four studio albums and 17 Grammy nominations, with one win. Her albums, such as “D R E A M S I C L E,” reflect personal themes and significant life events, including her divorce from Ryan Hurd.

In past interviews, Morris discussed the personal aspects of her music. Her album “D R E A M S I C L E” addressed her sexuality and personal experiences. “It’s just cool; it’s a very intimate record, very vulnerable,” she noted.

Beyond music, Morris has faced challenges stemming from her political views. She described discomfort with the status quo in country music, which intensified after President Trump’s term. “I’ve lost a lot of fans over the years because of my viewpoints,” Morris acknowledged.

Morris also faced backlash for taking her son to a drag show but defended her decision, stating on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that the event was “family-friendly.”
