The two were photographed together, smiling and walking through the grocery store aisles and the parking lot. They took turns pushing the shopping cart, displaying a relaxed demeanor. Costner wore white jeans, a white collared shirt, flip-flops, and black sunglasses. Milburn dressed in cutoff denim shorts and a long-sleeve white button-up shirt, with brown sandals and sunglasses. Her long blonde hair was tied in a ponytail.

“No, Jewel and I are friends. We’ve never gone out ever. She’s special, and I don’t want these rumors to ruin our friendship,” Costner clarified about his relationship with Jewel.

In December 2023, romance rumors also linked Costner with country singer Jewel. Photos obtained by TMZ showed Jewel interacting closely with Costner. However, Costner addressed the rumors during an appearance on “The Howard Stern Show” in June 2024. He explained the photos were taken on Richard Branson’s Necker Island and emphasized that he and Jewel are just friends.

Costner had a significant chapter in his life when he was married to Christine Baumgartner for 18 years. Baumgartner filed for divorce in May 2023, citing separation as of April 11. The former couple shares three children: Cayden, Hayes, and Grace.
