Meghan Markle Shares Family Moments from UK

Meghan Markle has provided fans with a look into her family’s life in the UK following their return. On Instagram, the Duchess of Sussex shared a video of her and Prince Harry enjoying the countryside with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, who are seven and five years old, respectively. The video starts with Markle and Harry walking hand-in-hand outdoors, followed by intimate moments like Lilibet biking with Archie beside her and Harry fishing with the kids.

Their return has led to speculation among royal experts about whether it signals a permanent move or if they’re maintaining ties on both sides of the Atlantic. The family arrived in the UK in August but plans to keep their home in Montecito, California, while establishing a base in Britain.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield mentioned to Fox News Digital that the arrangement allows the couple to enjoy benefits from both worlds. She noted they could maintain proximity to the monarchy and the credibility of Harry’s royal identity while enjoying the freedom and commercial opportunities outside the UK.

Harry and Meghan married in 2018 and chose to step back from senior royal roles in 2020. Despite their vow to avoid overshadowing Prince George’s start at Eton, Schofield raised questions about whether their moves indicate a permanent return to Britain or a trial run.

Helena Chard, a British broadcaster and photographer, commented on the couple’s strategy. She noted that the couple keeps their options open to remain relevant. This could involve visiting the UK, interacting with the Royal Family, and seeking state-funded police protection.

Chard suggested that enrolling their children in British schools could benefit the family and aid Harry in his pursuit of desired security arrangements. Since relocating to California, Harry and Meghan have released projects like a Netflix series and Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” while engaging in various business ventures.
