Dominik Mysterio is set to have a significant role at Triplemania 34. The AAA Mega champion supported Omos in his victory over Rey Mysterio on the first night in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. On the following night, Mysterio will defend his title against El Grande Americano.

Mysterio’s presence is noticeable in both WWE and AAA events. Although his impact on ‘Monday Night Raw’ or ‘Friday Night SmackDown’ has not been prominent lately, he consistently captivates the audience in AAA whenever he enters the ring. According to Corey Graves, who will provide commentary for Triplemania, AAA reveals another side of Mysterio to wrestling fans.

“Dirty Dom is the reigning Mega champion, the top title in AAA. If you need motivation to watch AAA instead of or alongside ‘Monday Night Raw’, you will see a different aspect of ‘Dirty Dom.’ In AAA, he exhibits more freedom, which is part of the allure of the promotion,” Graves mentioned to OutKick Dropkick.

Mysterio’s time in AAA allows him greater expression, showcasing his skills and persona on a larger scale. Graves noted that other superstars have redefined themselves during short stints in AAA, and Mysterio is no different. His current role in AAA illustrates his capabilities outside of his established involvement with Judgment Day.

Graves expects that the popularity Mysterio garners in AAA will soon be reflected in WWE programming. He anticipates that Mysterio’s presence will eventually be as impactful on ‘Raw’ and ‘SmackDown’ as it is now in AAA.

“It may not happen immediately, but over time, AAA’s ‘Dirty Dom’ should appear on ‘Raw’ and ‘SmackDown.’ He possesses all the attributes required for success in this business. Raised in the industry, Mysterio connects uniquely with audiences, contrasting how Mexican and American fans receive him,” Graves concluded.
