Observing a moose brawl from your vehicle offers a safe vantage point. A recent video shared by Colorado meteorologist Joe Ruch showcases two massive bull moose clashing on a street.

This video, captured from inside a car, highlights a dramatic scene. During Colorado’s peak rutting season, such fights are common. However, seeing a moose slammed on the pavement is unusual.

The fight unfolds in Steamboat Springs. One moose, knocked onto its back, decides to retreat after the intense encounter. Initially, the video reveals the fight’s conclusion before replaying earlier moments where the moose entangle their antlers.

They head down a hill, gaining speed. One moose charges, leading to the decisive slam. Despite continuing to engage, the downed moose eventually stands and leaves, opting out of further confrontation.

The video highlights the aggressive sounds of such brawls. Staying distanced and within a vehicle provides the safest way to witness these intense encounters.

Enjoy the spectacle safely from your car. Sean Joseph reports for OutKick.
