Will Levis, the Tennessee Titans quarterback, has not taken a competitive snap since January 2025. Despite facing doubts about his health and current situation in Nashville, Levis remains confident in his abilities. He is likely to start the season as the Titans’ third-string quarterback. Levis expressed his confidence, stating, There are not 32 quarterbacks in this league better than me. I know that for sure. He has 21 starts with the Titans and believes his past performances demonstrate his skills.

Levis added that he is not worried about competition, focusing instead on being ready for any opportunities. Though he has starting experience, his 5-16 record, 21 touchdowns, 16 interceptions, and 17 fumbles do not paint him as one of the top quarterbacks.

The Titans’ roster hasn’t always supported him well. Levis didn’t excel during the early stages of his career. In July 2025, he underwent season-ending surgery on his throwing shoulder, spending the year on injured reserve.

As a free agent prospect at the end of the 2026 season, Levis competes with veteran Mitchell Trubisky for the backup quarterback position. While it is reasonable for him to view himself as a top quarterback, his current status as QB3 requires a more pragmatic approach.
