President Donald Trump announced the formation of a federal “Super Intelligence Force” on Sunday. This entity will coordinate U.S. government efforts to maintain leadership in rapidly advancing artificial intelligence technology.
The Super Intelligence Force, or SIF, will collaborate with consumers, public-interest and religious groups, critical infrastructure providers, and technology companies. Trump detailed this initiative in a Truth Social post, emphasizing its role in ensuring America’s leadership in super intelligence.
Trump’s Vision for Super Intelligence
During an event at Butler High School in Vandalia, Ohio, Trump compared the impact of this technology to the Industrial Revolution and the Internet. He believes it will protect American interests and enhance the quality of life for citizens.
Senior administration officials will oversee the effort, with direct reports to President Trump and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
Rebranding and Agreements
Recently, Trump renamed artificial intelligence as “Super Intelligence” within the executive branch. This decision followed a summit with top tech leaders at the White House.
Trump has not supported strict regulations on Super Intelligence. However, tech executives have signed a “morally binding” accord, described by Trump as akin to a “separate kind of constitution.” This document is known as the White House Accord on Super Intelligence.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg expressed his approval of the summit’s outcomes. He noted it as a “positive step” towards implementing strong internal controls and audits within AI labs.
