KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested and charged with two felony counts related to an alleged incident in April. This information is based on documents obtained by Fox News Digital. KJ, known fully as Kroy Jagger, faces charges of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy following his August 17 arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Under Georgia’s SB440 law, KJ is being charged as an adult. This law allows adult superior courts to have jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies.

Kim Zolciak, a reality star from ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ and KJ’s mother, denied the accusations against her son through a statement provided to Fox News Digital. Zolciak described the allegations as reckless and deeply troubling, stating that her son categorically denies involvement. She added that he passed a polygraph examination concerning these allegations. An examination also found no DNA belonging to her son.

Kim Zolciak expressed concern over similar allegations made by the accuser against two other people. She emphasized the need for these allegations to be carefully examined, pointing out the damaging impact false accusations can have, not only on the accused but also on genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

She highlighted the importance of investigating legitimate allegations based on facts and evidence, urging against public condemnation based solely on accusations.

KJ is currently held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center while waiting for a preliminary hearing in September.

KJ Biermann is the oldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. The couple also shares three other children: Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Kroy adopted Kim’s daughters from a previous relationship, Ariana and Brielle.

Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023 after being married for 11 years. However, they called off their first divorce filing in July 2023, two months after filing dueling petitions.
