Steven Borden made his debut at an All Elite Wrestling (AEW) pay-per-view event when he teamed with Darby Allin against Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher at All Out. Borden, the son of wrestling legend Sting, has been working his way up in the wrestling world, with many noting his resemblance to his famous father.
Borden and Allin aimed to become No. 1 contenders for the AEW Tag Team Championship, aspiring to win gold in the future. During their match against Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher, an attempted spectacular move went wrong.

In a dramatic moment, Borden and Knight both stood atop the turnbuckles, trying to land an impressive move. While Knight succeeded, Borden fell hard, appearing to hit his head on the mat. This led to the match being stopped by an AEW referee, with Knight and Fletcher declared the winners.
Tony Schiavone, an AEW broadcaster, updated the audience during the show, sharing that Borden was conscious and responsive. He was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
AEW owner Tony Khan addressed the situation in a media briefing following the event. He stated, “Thankfully, Steven Borden is awake and responsive at the hospital. He underwent a CT scan, and all the tests show good results. We hope Steven will return home to his family tomorrow.”
This development is reassuring for everyone involved. Injuries are common in both professional wrestling and other sports. Fans hope Borden will soon recover and return to the ring.
