Donald Trump Jr. celebrated his wedding in May on two private islands in the Bahamas. Some of the events were reportedly funded by a wealthy Russian figure, Umar Kremlev. Kremlev leads the International Boxing Association, which is supported by Gazprom, Russia’s state energy company.

Umar Kremlev is known for his connections with Russian authorities. He recently traveled to China with Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of a delegation. Ukrainian sanctions identify him as a close associate of the head of Putin’s security service.

In photos captured in Doonbeg, Ireland, the Trump family was seen attending the celebration. The image featured Donald Trump Jr., his wife Bettina, Eric Trump, and President Donald Trump.
