Guitarist Alex Lifeson and bassist Geddy Lee performed at the United Center in Chicago on Thursday, July 16, 2026, as part of Rush’s concert series. This series comprises four shows through the following Wednesday.

The event included Rush’s first direct tribute to their late drummer Neil Peart, who played with the Canadian band until his passing in early 2020 due to cancer. The tribute took place before the second song of the evening.
