Noah Kahan Addresses Unusual Incident at Philadelphia Concert

Noah Kahan has warned his fans about an unusual and messy situation. A video that gained attention shows what looks like fecal matter on the floor during his “The Great Divide” tour stop in Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park. The “Stick Season” singer encouraged attendees to use the restroom during his events and shared his own previous on-stage mishap.

Noah Kahan addressed a situation following his Philadelphia concert.

In a social media post, Kahan stated, “If you have to poop at a show please dear god just go to the bathroom lmao.” He added humorously, “I’ve pooped my pants as much as the next 29 year old but there’s a venue worker out there with a 1000 yard stare after dealing with that.”

He recounted his own experience, saying, “I s-— myself onstage in Charlottesville but that’s because I am dedicated to my craft.”

Videos circulating on TikTok from the concert seem to support these claims. One user showed floor seats with suspicious material, with a friend commenting, “45,000 people and I end up seated right behind her.” This stirred reactions from others questioning the incident, some considering it could be dirt tracked in.

Meanwhile, at a stop in Toronto on his tour, Kahan humorously asked fans to take a pledge against unsanitary bathroom habits. “I solemnly swear I will not s— my pants,” Kahan led his fans in a lighthearted oath in a widely circulated video.

Kahan’s album “The Great Divide,” released in April, follows his Grammy nomination for best new artist with “Stick Season.” His 57-show tour began recently in Orlando and will wrap up in Paris later.

Other artists like Olivia Rodrigo have also commented on fan behavior at concerts. In a KISS FM UK appearance, she shared experiences with festival attendees wearing diapers to remain at the front during performances.

Noah Kahan released his fourth studio album, "The Great Divide," in April.

Sloppy bathroom habits may be a growing trend in live music venues. Reports like these are highlighting the need for better etiquette at concerts.
