Myles Garrett’s Transition: From the Browns to Los Angeles

Los Angeles Rams’ newly acquired pass rusher Myles Garrett, previously with the Cleveland Browns, left quite an impact in Ohio before his move. Despite the Cleveland Browns’ competitive environment, Garrett was a staple player until his recent trade for assets. During his tenure, Garrett crafted a Hall-of-Fame-worthy career, setting a record with his single-season sack performance last year. Considered one of the top non-quarterback players since Aaron Donald’s exit from professional play, Garrett is now embarking on a new journey with the Rams, becoming part of the star-studded roster moving to LA.

As Garrett begins life in Los Angeles, his home in Wadsworth, Ohio, is being listed for sale at $2.1 million. Located in the Hidden Lakes of Sharon community, the property spans two acres and was constructed in 2018. Within its 4,300-square-foot living space, there are five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The listing highlights the home’s impressive features: “A dramatic two-story foyer welcomes you with rich hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light.”

The detailed floor plan complements both elegant entertaining and everyday comfort, notably offering two staircases. The kitchen is designed for both style and functionality, showcasing high-end appliances, a large center island, custom cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry. It seamlessly connects to the living and dining areas. A spacious executive office features custom built-in cabinetry.

The primary suite epitomizes luxury with its spa-inspired bath and a custom walk-in closet. Four additional bedrooms offer ample space, and an oversized bonus room can be repurposed as a game room or additional flex space. The finished walkout lower level enhances entertainment options with a custom bar, recreation areas, a theater room, and a fitness room equipped with professional-grade equipment. Walkout access leads to the outdoor living space, while an expansive upper-level deck with a built-in grill overlooks a private backyard and fire pit.

Completing the property is a three-car attached garage and a separate four-car garage with a finished upper level, suitable for an office, studio, or hobby space. Additionally, gym equipment and select furnishings can be included with the property.

Now, Garrett faces the task of house hunting in Los Angeles, where properties may come with a heftier price tag and less seclusion compared to Ohio.
