Prosecutors noted Soliman’s disguise as a gardener before he launched two fiery projectiles at the demonstrators.
In May, Soliman pleaded guilty to state charges, including murder, and received a life sentence without parole. He expressed remorse and contemplated his deservedness of the death penalty. Despite denying hatred toward Jews, he criticized Zionism, labeling it as ‘the enemy.’
Soliman potentially faces federal hate crime charges that might result in the death penalty.
