KJ Biermann, age 15, was indicted on Wednesday for charges including child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery against a child under 16. These details were obtained from court documents by Fox News Digital.
A Fulton County grand jury in Georgia indicted KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, on seven counts. These counts include aggravated sodomy and a charge of false imprisonment. The indictment follows an incident in April for which he was initially charged with two felony counts after being arrested last month, as per documents reviewed by Fox News Digital.

He was subsequently charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy on August 17 following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Under Georgia’s SB440 law, KJ is being charged as an adult. This law grants adult superior courts jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies.
The teen is currently held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, awaiting a preliminary hearing in September.
Kim Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations against her son. In a statement provided to Fox News Digital, she stated, “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.”

She also mentioned that KJ voluntarily took a polygraph test related to these allegations and passed it. Additionally, forensic examinations found no DNA evidence belonging to KJ.
Zolciak emphasized, “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence.”
Both Kim Zolciak and her son are confident that further investigation will reveal the truth, urging people not to spread unproven allegations.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have had a tumultuous personal life, having called off their first divorce filing in July 2023, two months after initiating divorce proceedings.
KJ is the oldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann. They also have other children, including Kash, aged 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, aged 12. Kroy Biermann adopted Kim’s daughters Ariana and Brielle from her previous relationship.
