The measure was passed with a vote of 214 to 208, marking a significant bipartisan move against the Trump administration.

This vote reflects growing concerns among lawmakers about the escalating situation in Iran. Although the resolution is largely symbolic, it highlights cracks in Republican unity. Previously, these same four Republicans opposed Trump’s war powers regarding Iran in June.
