FAA Halts Flights, Paramount Settles Antitrust Issues, and Venezuelan Man in Custody

Additionally, a Venezuelan individual is currently detained after being shot by an ICE officer in Austin. Despite the injury, which left a bullet lodged in his back, he remains in a detention facility.
