In February, we reached out to our audience to learn about their spiritual practices. This inquiry was part of a broader story on connecting personally with something larger than oneself. Journalist Ruth Tam highlighted that participating in rituals and traditions can foster a sense of closeness to one’s spirituality. Over 80 individuals, each with unique beliefs, shared their touching insights.

A Christian reported finding growth and understanding within her church community. A Muslim shared that noticing simple things like sunlight and birdsong brings him closer to Allah. An atheist emphasized that he regards himself as his own higher power, motivating him to perform good deeds.
