Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Celebrate Star-Studded Wedding

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce had a memorable offseason, marked by his wedding to Taylor Swift. The event, held at Madison Square Garden in July, was attended by around 1,000 guests, including A-list celebrities.

Kelce, 36, spoke to reporters during Chiefs training camp, describing the wedding as the ‘best night of my life.’ The ceremony, which took place on July 3, was filled with celebration and a notable guest list featuring stars like Adam Sandler, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone, George Clooney, and Bradley Cooper.

From the sports realm, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany were present, alongside NFL figures like Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid jokingly mentioned the energetic festivities, saying there was ‘a lot of dancing.’

Swift and Kelce opted for a unique approach, foregoing bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, they selected family members; Austin Swift was the ‘Man of Honor,’ while Kelce’s older brother Jason was the ‘Best Man.’

The wedding concludes a romance sparked by Kelce’s comments on his ‘New Heights’ podcast. Swift mentioned to Time magazine that they began dating well before she was seen at her first Chiefs game, allowing them private time to bond.

In July 2023, Kelce shared on his podcast a missed chance to gift Swift a friendship bracelet during her concert tour. The couple announced their engagement almost two weeks after Swift’s appearance on the podcast.

Now, Kelce shifts his focus back to football as he prepares for his 14th NFL season. Despite retirement rumors, Kelce plans to continue playing at least through the 2026 season. In 2025, Kelce recorded 76 receptions for 851 yards and five touchdowns over 17 games.However, the Chiefs missed the playoffs that year.
