F-16 fighter jets intercepted an aircraft that entered a restricted airspace near President Donald Trump while he was in Geneva, Ohio, on Tuesday. According to a statement from the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), the incident occurred at around 6:15 p.m. ET. The fighter jets launched flares to capture the pilot’s attention and then escorted the aircraft out of the restricted zone.
