Moore, 47, risked his life to rescue the girl from the dangerous waters. After successfully ensuring her safety, he was pulled underwater by the same rip current and vanished from view. This tragedy unfolded after lifeguards had concluded their shifts for the day.
“We loved him and are truly heartbroken that he’s gone,” his daughter shared. “He was a great father, and we are all going to miss him.”
