Belkys Nerey and Craig Stevens, well-known news anchors at WSVN-7, recently visited their new offices, marking an important transition for the station. WSVN, affiliated with both Fox and ABC, is relocating to Miramar, South Florida. The new facility spans 70,000 square feet and is located at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and Red Road.

On May 27, Nerey and Stevens toured the new building, which boasts advanced technical features. James Bry, executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, expressed enthusiasm about the upgrade, emphasizing its technical advantages over the current location.

WSVN has operated out of North Bay Village since 1956. The station aims to complete its relocation and begin broadcasting from the new Miramar site by January 2027.
