Today is predicted to be the most crowded day for travel at U.S. airports. This weekend is expected to be hectic, combining family vacations, heat waves, World Cup events, and America 250 celebrations.

A significant portion of travelers will journey by car. The American Automobile Association (AAA) estimates over 61.4 million Americans will take road trips between June 27 and July 5.
