KJ Biermann, aged 15, faces serious charges including child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery concerning a minor under 16. This follows an indictment by a Fulton County grand jury in Georgia. The indictment includes seven counts such as aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

Last month, the son of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann faced arrest. He initially faced two felony charges related to an alleged incident in April.

He currently faces charges as an adult under Georgia’s SB440 law, which allows adult courts to handle cases involving teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of certain serious felonies.

Kim Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations. In a statement, she explained that her son passed a polygraph test and that no DNA evidence connects him to the case. She also mentioned concerns regarding similar allegations made by the same individual against others.

KJ remains held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center until a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.

Zolciak highlights the potential harm of false accusations not only to the accused but to real survivors of assault. She stressed the importance of investigating all allegations based on evidence rather than accusations alone.

The family has experienced significant public interest due to KJ’s legal troubles. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, who were married for 11 years, have several children together including Kash, aged 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, aged 12.

Both Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in 2023, though they called off the first divorce filing two months after it began.
