Stullich recounted the scene, noting the police response. Officers informed her that the suspect had entered the bank with Magnolia, requesting an employee to hold the kitten before handing over a note demanding money.
Outcome and Magnolia’s Adoption Status
Prince George’s County police arrested the suspect. Magnolia was found safe and had even bonded with the bank manager during the ordeal.
Pet Supplies Plus manager Aaron Kurkowski described the suspect as a frequent visitor who consistently went straight to Magnolia.
