Prince Harry’s Podcast Appearance Discusses Parenting and Invictus Games

Recently, Prince Harry spoke on the “Joe Marler Will See You Now” podcast, sharing insights into his busy life. The Duke of Sussex emphasized his primary role as a father to his two young children, highlighting his domestic responsibilities.

During the interview, hosted by Joe Marler, a former England rugby player, Harry introduced himself using his full name, “Henry Albert Charles David, Duke of Sussex.” He chose to identify as a “full-time dad,” a British Army veteran, and a duke.

Kinsey Schofield, host of “Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered,” noted the significance of Harry’s choice. She explained that his identity remains linked to his royal status.

Harry’s appearance on the podcast was part of the promotion for the Invictus Games, a sports event for wounded veterans, which he founded. The games are scheduled to be hosted in Birmingham in 2027.

During the conversation, Harry shared his enjoyment of reality TV, mentioning “Love Island” as a favorite. He also joked about an American show, “I Want to Marry Harry,” where women competed for a date with his lookalike.

Harry discussed his grooming routine humorously, stating, “s–t, shower, shave” and joking about his hair being sunset auburn rather than ginger.

The interview turned serious as Harry spoke on managing stress and trauma. He emphasized the importance of exercise, stating it helps deal with depression and stress.

Harry’s recent visit to the U.K. was marked by charity events and speculation about family meetings. On July 10, he and his family met King Charles III and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House, the confirmation from Buckingham Palace supported their ongoing relations despite stepping back as senior royals in 2020.

Since relocating to California, Harry and Meghan Markle aim to establish independent roles outside the monarchy. Their move followed challenges with media intrusion and a perceived lack of support from the palace.
