Meanwhile, Justin Fields, the new Chiefs backup, will test the waters within Andy Reid’s offensive setup.
The focus on developing players can lead to higher scoring. Backing over 16.5 points for the Rams seems viable given their arsenal and determined quarterbacks.
Panthers vs Bills
This matchup holds interest due to the Panthers’ playoff experience last season and the Bills’ first preseason challenge in their new stadium. In the Panthers’ first preseason outing, quarterbacks Haynes King and Kenny Pickett executed a busy pass-focused offense, indicating potential for a higher score.
Whether Bryce Young participates remains uncertain, but any presence on the field could boost scoring for the Panthers. As for the Bills, Josh Allen is slated to appear for a few series, possibly to build synergy with new teammate DJ Moore.
While the Bills might enjoy home-field motivation, the Panthers’ depth and game readiness appear advantageously competitive. Taking the Panthers with the points and considering their moneyline holds promise.
