Vincent Lorenzo Fiordilino, only 18 months old at the time, was mistakenly declared dead after being rescued from water. He was later discovered breathing in a hospital morgue.

The incident took place at an Arizona residence where a pool was involved in Vincent’s near-drowning. The Gilbert Police Department was involved in the investigation, which occurred in the summer of 2026.
