MSG plans to pursue legal action against Oakley’s lawyer, Douglas Windsor. MSG alleges that Windsor’s law firm continued to pursue claims they knew were false. The company expressed its intent to hold the firm accountable for what it views as frivolous and abusive legal actions.

“For more than nine years, Mr. Oakley’s lawyers have pursued claims they knew were false,” MSG stated.

Oakley’s Legal Team Challenges Rulings

Oakley’s attorneys released a statement expressing disappointment with the court’s decisions. They believe that a jury trial is necessary to resolve conflicting accounts.
