Former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s Appearance at Music Festival Gains Attention

Jack Smith, the former special counsel who prosecuted two criminal cases against Donald Trump in 2023, attended a music festival on October 3. He wore a T-shirt with the phrase “No Kings,” sparking considerable attention.

Smith was seen at the Power to the People festival in Maryland. This event featured performances from notable artists like Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl, and Public Enemy. The festival was organized by Tom Morello.

Smith’s T-shirt was a tribute to the recent Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour. The shirt displayed “Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour,” “Springsteen & E Street,” and the phrase “No Kings” at the bottom.

His appearance didn’t go unnoticed. Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters acknowledged Smith, dedicating their performance of “My Hero” to him.

This development follows a previous incident where Smith was thrust into the spotlight. A “slam dunk” piece of evidence against him, presented by Senator Eric Schmitt during a Senate Judiciary Committee, was quickly discredited.

More updates on this story will be provided as it develops.
