Chicago Sky’s DiJonai Carrington has garnered attention after accusing her ex-girlfriend, Las Vegas Aces forward NaLyssa Smith, of infidelity with multiple players across the league. Carrington, known for previous incidents involving high-profile figures, shifted her focus to Smith, her partner since their college days at Baylor.

In a public post on Threads, Carrington claimed, “Since mfs wanna be funny today ima be hilarious! yes, nalyssa cheated on me with Deja Kelly and Aaliyah Nye +++ many more.” These allegations present a stark contrast to the public image the couple had previously maintained.

Carrington’s history includes notable incidents such as clashing with President Donald Trump and confronting journalist Christine Brennan after games.

The couple’s relationship began at Baylor University, continuing into the WNBA. They briefly played together on the Dallas Wings before Smith was traded to the Las Vegas Aces in 2025. While they had previously described their breakup as growing in different directions, Carrington’s recent claims suggest deeper conflicts.

So far, neither Smith, nor Deja Kelly, nor Aaliyah Nye have issued responses to the accusations. Carrington is set to play against Smith and Kelly on August 1, followed by a game against Nye on September 19.
