Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was a conservative activist. He was assassinated on September 10 during an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, part of his American Comeback Tour. Kirk, aged 31, was fatally shot while addressing the crowd.

Following Kirk’s death, a song attributed to Spalexma titled ‘We Are Charlie Kirk’ was released on September 18, 2025. Styled as a Christian power ballad, it included lyrics celebrating his truth-telling and faith. It has since been used mockingly in videos by TikTok creators.

In a separate incident, a Texas man allegedly threatened violence against Turning Point USA and Erika Kirk online.

Tyler Robinson, son of Matthew Robinson who continues to run a masonry business, faces prosecution related to Kirk’s assassination. Fox News reached out to both Nietzsche’s and Turning Point USA for comments but did not get immediate responses.
