Tiger Woods Returns to Switzerland for Further Rehabilitation

Tiger Woods’ private plane has reportedly flown back to Switzerland, where he will resume his rehabilitation. The Gulfstream V departed from Witham Field in Stuart, Florida, and landed in Switzerland on Sunday. Previously, Woods was seen at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida, which led many to believe he might have concluded his treatment overseas. However, that is not the case.

Woods briefly traveled back to Florida, and the timing of his visit coincided with personal circumstances. Vanessa Trump, Woods’ girlfriend, recently shared her breast cancer diagnosis on social media. In her message, she referred to Woods as her “strength” during this challenging time. A photo posted on Instagram Stories featured the couple together, underscoring the support Woods offers.

Woods and Trump have been publicly linked since March 2025. Earlier this year, Woods faced legal issues following a car accident on Jupiter Island, Florida. On March 27, he was charged with two misdemeanors related to the incident, including DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a urine test. Breathalyzer tests showed 0.00 results, yet the refusal charge persisted.

In the days after the accident, Woods announced his decision to step away from golf to “seek treatment and focus on my health.” He was allowed to travel internationally beginning April 1 for comprehensive inpatient care.

Woods has not competed in a golf tournament since the 2024 Open Championship. His last appearance where he made the cut was during the Masters that same year at Augusta National.

Mark Harris, a writer for OutKick, reported on these developments.
