Chris Jericho triumphantly returned to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) programming in April. His return followed months of speculation about his contract status and potential signings elsewhere.
Since rejoining, Jericho has been in a rivalry with The Demand. His storyline with Ricochet, culminating at Dynasty, expanded into a Stadium Stampede Match scheduled for Sunday night at Double or Nothing. This match will feature Jericho, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Kenny Omega, Jack Perry, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson against Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona, Mark Davis, Andrade El Idolo, Clark Connors, and David Finlay.

Jericho remains one of the last full-time professional wrestling legends. His extensive career includes WWE, World Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), Ring of Honor (ROH), and more.
AEW star MVP spoke to Fox News Digital about Jericho’s historical ranking in professional wrestling. He emphasized Jericho’s essential place in discussions of the sport’s greatest athletes.
I’ve been a Chris Jericho fan for a long time due to my love for Japanese wrestling. His career at WCW and debut at WWE were captivating, and he consistently excelled in his matches.
Jericho has proven to have no weaknesses, delivering exceptional promos and matches while avoiding significant injuries during his career. As an undisputed champion, Jericho’s victories solidify his position among the all-time greats.
Jericho’s upcoming Stadium Stampede Match will be his third. His first appearance was at Double or Nothing in 2020, teaming with Matt Hardy, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Santana, and Ortiz against Omega, Adam Page, and The Young Bucks. In 2021, Jericho joined Hager, Guevara, Santana, and Ortiz against MJF, Wardlow, Shawn Spears, Dax Harwood, and Cash Wheeler for another Stadium Stampede Match.

Double or Nothing will occur at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York. The pre-show starts at 7 p.m. ET, followed by the main card at 8 p.m. ET.
