The network emphasized that public officials are entitled to challenge media coverage, but personal attacks are inappropriate.

Amid these tensions, Trump had another exchange with Holmes when she attempted to ask an additional question. Trump repeatedly told her to be quiet, labeling her as ‘fake news’ and questioning her professionalism.
