FBI Tracks and Arrests a Fugitive from Most Wanted List Within a Day

The FBI swiftly apprehended Gregory Henderson Jr., one of its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, just a day after he was added to the list. The 46-year-old was arrested on August 11, following allegations of drug trafficking, money laundering, and involvement in dogfighting conspiracies. The FBI labeled Henderson as armed and dangerous.

According to FBI reports, Henderson was the leader of a violent gang in Indianapolis with notable drug distribution connections to the Sinaloa Cartel, a notorious crime group in Mexico. The gang was known to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding Midwest region.

Henderson had been evading capture since a large federal operation in August 2023. This operation resulted in the arrest of 18 individuals and the confiscation of 61 guns, various drugs, $98,000 in cash, and 166 fighting dogs.

“Nine Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives is more than twice as many as captured under the entirety of the prior administration — and this FBI and our partners did it in 18 months under President Trump’s brilliant leadership,” said FBI Director Kash Patel in a Fox News Digital interview.
