Colombian National Killed by ICE Agents in Maine

A 26-year-old Colombian national was shot and killed in Maine during an encounter with ICE agents who attempted to stop him while he was driving. ICE reported that Joan Sebastian Guerrero tried to escape and used his vehicle as a weapon, leading an agent to shoot in self-defense.

This incident follows another case in Houston where ICE agents shot a man while he was in a vehicle. Geoff Bennett discussed the situation further with Senator Angus King of Maine.
