President de la Espriella reports that the 7.4 magnitude earthquake has resulted in at least 181 fatalities and 2,595 injuries. The official count lists 195 missing individuals, though other sources suggest the missing could reach 4,000. The cities of Cali, Pereira, Manizales, and Quibdo are among those most severely affected.
