It turns out, when a 24-year-old basketball player gets an almost limitless budget, the result is a penthouse reminiscent of a retro arcade bar, minus the arcade cabinets. LaMelo’s place features aliens and neon lights throughout.

Ball’s Charlotte residence gained online popularity, with users sharing thoughts and observations. The unique aspect of his decor has been humorously dubbed as “Alien Clown Core.”
